In three studies the Pathfinder was able to successfully:
- predict the future performance rating of 1,000 recently-hired employees,
- identify the performance level of 207 incumbent employees as rated by their supervisors,
- accurately identify the candidates' achieved managerial level (i.e. were they CEO's, Vice-President's,
Middle Managers)
- predict an individual’s career position (Doctor, Lawyer, Sales Representative) from their highest
Predictor of Success scores in over 150 specific occupational titles.
